Payment directly to the clinic
All payments are made directly to the selected clinic. You will receive your official invoice or receipt from the clinic itself.
Payment methods
Payment options depend on the clinic, but usually include card payments, bank transfers, and on-site payments.
Pre-payment or on-site payment
Some clinics require a deposit, others accept full payment on the day of the procedure. I will let you know the exact process in advance based on the clinic you choose.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Each clinic has its own cancellation policy (usually 24–48 hours). If any fees apply, they are charged by the clinic directly.
No intermediaries
I do not receive or handle any payments. I only help you choose the right clinic and organise your appointment.

Do you organise accommodation?
Accommodation is booked by the patient, but I can recommend hotels and apartments close to the selected clinic.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Transfers are not included. Prague has excellent transport options (Bolt, Uber, taxis, public transport). I’m happy to help you navigate the best option
How long do I need to stay in Prague?
Usually 2–7 days depending on the procedure. I will tell you the recommended duration based on your appointment.
How do payments work?
All payments are made directly to the clinic.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule?
Each clinic has its own cancellation policy.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and some clinics recommend it for the surgery day.
Do you handle my medical records?
No — I do not collect medical data. You provide records directly to the clinic if needed.
